| The Littlest Hobo song - Spanish version

|

| This is my humble tribute to the 1979-1985 Littlest Hobo song. I consider it the epitome of the perfect TV theme: Nice intro, which makes you feel like running that road with London. Catchy theme, that you could even sing asleep. Awesome lyrics with profound meaning, and such an Exceptional ending: Bb chord with bass in Eb in beautiful dissonance, to inevitably fall on a tender F, while that joyful whistle delights our ears with its peaceful tune, to eventually fade away in the distance along with the Littlest Hobo thoughts...

| After hearing a few versions of the Littlest Hobo song out there, I decided to arrange this Spanish version, which I finally did on Xmas 2001. After receiving a positive feedback from family and friends I decided to make it public to other hobo fans out there. Firstly, I've wanted to hear such a version since the late 80's, but no one ever released one. Secondly, I prefer the original arrangement using vintage sounds. And lastly, hey this is one of the most catchy TV themes ever!

| This version was computer generated. I used a midi/audio sequencer to recreate the original ensemble using DXi software synthesized sounds. The only real instrument is a rhythm guitar which I lined-in to the soundcard, a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz. The vocals were recorded in my special FX room, my bedroom closet :-). Later I added two pick guitars to experiment with the L-R panning and enrich the stereo field. The result was a more elaborated catchy sound I think.

| The Littlest Hobo song, Maybe Tomorrow, was written by Terry Bush and John Crossen for the 1979-1985 Littlest Hobo TV series. The copyright is held by Agincourt/West Hill Music, subsidiary of Canadian Television Network, Ltd. (CTV). Both the song arrangements and the intro, which few people know about after it was sadly stripped off by CTV when the series went into syndication, were composed by James Pirie. He deserves some credit too. Enjoy!
